BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Use our online tool to book in your security software update, choose a time and local Retailer to suit you. You will need your vehicle’s mileage and Registration Number.
RECEIVE YOUR UPDATE
Your Retailer will contact you to confirm your appointment and eligibility. The update will take no more than an hour. Enjoy a coffee in the lounge or work from a private space while you wait.

MORE WAYS TO SECURE YOUR VEHICLE
SET YOUR ALARM
Double-press the lock button on the vehicle door or the smart key when locking your vehicle. You will hear a beep to let you know the alarm has been armed.
SECURE YOUR KEYS
Our smart keys include Ultra-Wide Band technology which helps prevent 'relay attacks'. Help to stay protected by storing keys out of sight at least three metres away from the vehicle.
CHECK YOUR VEHICLE IS LOCKED
Key jammers can prevent vehicles from locking via the smart key. If your vehicle won’t lock using the smart key, lock your vehicle via the Remote App or by using the emergency key.
* InControl and Remote App features, options and their availability remain market dependent - check with your Retailer for local market availability and full terms. Certain features require an appropriate sim with a suitable data contract which will require further subscription after the initial term advised by your Retailer. Mobile connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
